Sales Agreement Return Conditions

1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract offered to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers numbered 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

3. Shipping costs, which are the shipment expense of the product, will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered with complete and in accordance with the specified qualifications in the order, and if available, with documents such as a warranty certificate, user manual, etc.

6. In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing of this situation within 3 days from the date he/she learns about this situation. Within 14 days, the total amount must be refunded to the Buyer. If the PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID, if the Buyer does not pay the purchased product price or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends. If the PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS, if unforeseen force majeure reasons occur that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment is made in cash, the fee will be paid to him/her in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks. RETURN PROCEDURES RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL THE BUYER; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased by him/her or to the person/organization at the address indicated by him/her, without undertaking any legal and criminal responsibility and without any justification, he/she may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by informing the SELLER via the following contact information. DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Buyer, if the purchased is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the service starts with the consumer's approval before the end of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER. USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The invoice of the product delivered to a 3rd person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns issued for corporate invoices will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.) Return form, The boxes of the products to be returned, their packaging, if any, along with their standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged. RETURN CONDITIONS 1. "RETURNED WITH A4 PAPER" can be added to the top of the shipment for the healthy processing of the return process. The products to be returned must be properly packaged and attention should be paid to their original packaging. Adding an explanatory note to the returns will be useful in accelerating the return process. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded to the Buyer.

7. Products that do not comply with the contract, products subject to the satisfaction guarantee, and shipments damaged during transportation can be returned. This section regulates the details of the returns of products subject to the satisfaction guarantee.

8. The Refund of the Product Fee is valid only for the first Product purchase, and even if more than one Product has been ordered by the User, it covers only one Product sent to a single person/address. Packaging and shipping expenses specified in Paragraph 12 of the V number paragraph above are not included in the Refund.

9. The Refund of the Product Fee is possible only when a written refund request is made to the address specified by the Seller within the specified period stated on the Site. This period starts from the day the User receives the Products. If the refund request will be sent by mail, the letter must be sent before the deadline specified on the Site.

10. All packaging of the delivered Products (including used ones) must be sent to the address specified by the Seller within the specified period stated on the Site. Failure to send all packaging will result in the cancellation of the warranty and the non-refund of the Product Fee.

11. The right to request a refund is only for Products used in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions.

12. If multiple Products are ordered by the User to be used for a long time and it is determined that these Products are ineffective within the first month, the User has the right to give up using them. During the return of the First Product, if the User sends all other Products unopened to the address determined by the Seller, the Seller will refund all the fees of the unopened Products after deducting the shipping fees.

13. The minimum information that must be included in the refund request letter are as follows: User information who placed the order (User's name and surname, address where the Products are delivered, e-mail address and phone number), list of the returned Products, the dates when the Products were started to be used and when the usage ended, detailed usage method and effects of the usage, how the refund request is wanted to be processed (Repair or replacement of the Products or Refund) and the bank account number to which the Refund will be made. In addition to this, the refund request letter must be understandable and its content must be readable and it must contain a clear signature of the User. Refund requests that do not contain the above information will not be processed.

14. The packaging of the Products returned by the User must be packed in a way that will not be damaged. The User should only use packages or envelopes that prevent damage to the packaging. The return process can only be operated for Products and Product packages that have not been damaged during transportation.

15. Refund requests are processed within 14 business days after reaching the address specified in the information note sent with the Products. If the refund request is accepted, the Refund Fee or Repair/Replacement of the Products will be automatically processed. The User can access information about the status of the refund request through the e-mail address belonging to the Seller on the label of the Product.

16. If the refund request is accepted, the Refund Fee will be refunded only by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the User in the refund request letter. If the amount paid by the User for the purchased Product has not yet been received by the Seller, especially if the cash on delivery method has been used, the refund process will not be carried out by the Seller until the dispute is resolved. Even if such a User meets the warranty and refund request conditions, he/she does not have the right to a Refund.
